    The staff were genuinely caring and assisted with everything we needed. Mathy helped organize our airport transportation and set up our Angkor Wat tour, complete with breakfast on the boat. The room felt luxurious, especially the bed that was super comfy. Happy hour was a good touch, with two-for-one cocktails that really added to the experience. The hotel, despite being in a bustling area near Pub Street, felt peaceful, providing an excellent retreat after a day of exploring. The check-in process felt slow. I had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby, frustrating after a long drive. Breakfast options could be better for vegetarians.

    Stylish and hospitable place with diligent staff and fantastic location right in the centre. Friendly check in and an amazing service throughout my stay. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location just off Angkor night market and pub street and the Golden Temple Boutique.

    From the warm welcome with cold towels to the genuine care from the staff, every moment felt special. Karona were pretty good too ensure our needs were met.
